What a reading includes

Each reading gives you an AI-generated I Ching interpretation of one question. Readings are generated online, without a live consultation. They offer a perspective for reflection and do not guarantee future events.

Free and purchased readings

You can try one guest reading. Sign in with Google for 3 free readings each week. Your free allowance resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC; unused free readings do not carry over.

Reading packs are one-time purchases in US dollars:

• 5 readings for US$4.99
• 15 readings for US$9.90

There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased readings do not expire. We use your weekly free readings before your purchased readings.

Delivery and failed readings

After Stripe confirms payment, the purchased readings are added to your signed-in account. If confirmation is delayed, use “Check payment status” on your reading balance page. Contact us if the payment appears in Stripe but your balance has not updated.

A reading is reserved while the interpretation is being generated. If generation fails or times out, that reading is returned automatically. Deleting a completed reading from your history does not return the reading to your balance.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the entire reading pack is unused. Requests for packs that have been used, including partially used packs, are reviewed case by case.

Email [email protected] with the email address used for your Ask Yi account, your order number or payment date and amount, and a short explanation. You can find your purchase under Reading balance. Please do not send card details or private reading content.

We review requests manually and process eligible refunds through Stripe within 24 hours of receiving your request. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. If you notice a duplicate charge or a technical problem, contact us so we can investigate.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Your account and history

Signed-in readings are saved in your account. You can delete individual readings or your account. Deleting your account also removes access to any unused purchased readings, so contact us about an eligible refund before deleting it.
